Sometimes very full but otherwise really good for the last star I would like to have better subdivisions and friendlier employees

A beautiful place, we spent several hours here and it never got boring. All in all, really recommendable. We'll definitely be back someday.

In the men's jewelry department I wanted to buy a stainless steel ring. The employee was annoyed and did not appear to be looking forward to sales. I almost had to persuade him to show me the rings from the shop window. After I wanted to see another ring, it was answered with, “It's expensive”. I don't think that it is in Kaufhof's interest to let such employees loose on customers who are willing to buy. With such employees, the online business of large online providers, such as A ... zone flourish. The stationary trade only bears more damage from such employees. I hope your employees will be trained even more so that this doesn't happen to every customer.

Everything is there, very good advice from A to Z. from care to clothes, bags, toys, sports, underwear, jewelry, glasses ...

Relaxed shopping, very nice saleswoman and good advice. Only that there was no original packaging for the watch (but will be delivered later), I find it amusing to weird (poor Kaufhof) 😀 if I get that, I'll get the 5th star. So as promised I give the 5th star, got my original packaging, even if only when I asked. All good!

They could do a lot more they don't know how to juggle the quality and prices

Simply beautiful, you can be a child even at an old age. The shop window decoration has been a dream for decades, so a big thank you to all those involved. But also inside everything nicely and lovingly built and decorated, you would love to buy everything.

The department store has a huge selection of items. Black Friday was the last day of shopping. The staff is very courteous and by no means intrusive. Prices o.k.! Gladly again.

I had ordered fitted sheets to match my new beaver bedding, also in beaver, twice online - the original color was completely different. Then I was in the bedding department at Kaufhof - thanks to competent advice from professionally qualified and very friendly salespeople, I've now found the right thing! Local retail has very clear advantages!

Just bad this hairdresser on the 4th floor. My daughter is very shy and does not say it to the hairdresser, then the hairdresser simply cut loose and it looks horrible, her hair is dried out, her hair is cut incorrectly in stages Go directions and the hair was washed super badly. Huge shopping store with 5 storeys with massive collections for cosmetics, watches, accessories, clothes, shoes, kitchenware, household items, electronics, watch repair service, key service, toys etc. and a good café too! They've got almost all the well known brands in each category. Warm and friendly service.

Restaurant with the usual good and sufficient selection, hygiene concept is implemented in the best possible way. Except for the employee who polished the cutlery in the entrance area today. The customers have to load the food with plastic gloves and the employee polishes the cutlery with a mask on his chin. When I pointed this out to him, he just mobbed back and took off the mask after 10 seconds when we were out of sight. We're all tense these days, but that's negligent and destroys every effort the restaurant has put into this.

I am extremely angry. A week ago I bought 2 bars of chocolate. Now I opened and .... i am in shock- they are very old! Hey, Kaufhof, are you responsible for what you sell? Of course, if i would be in Munich now, i would bring them back to you, but i am in Sweden. Very! Very! Very dissappointed!!!!!

For foreign nationals not to be recommended any longer. Tax refund in cash not possible anymore. You need to send it in to a processor, provide your credit card details etc. and it takes ages and a lousy exchange rate is applied. This only that the Department store receives its kick-back. Not worth a visit, no more business from me.

From my point of view, the restaurant in the Galeria is getting worse from year to year. The staff at the food counter does not even respond to the customer, the plate is slammed and what the customer says is simply ignored. The portions are getting smaller and smaller, the french fries used to be on the plate, now they come in a kind of mini deep fryer, looks good, but makes fun of the stomach. The department store itself has been reducing its range more and more over the past five years. The bargains on clothing or upstairs in the sports department that used to be there have become rare. A pity !!!

I'll never go under all the guns. Rude up there. After waiting for an hour just to pick up a change from the shop's own tailoring shop, I only got part of a suit, great! I only got a short answer, call me when you found the pants, but I'm very happy! In addition, I was allowed to pay for the change again because the stamp was probably forgotten when it was accepted, great. 46.00 euros !!! It is definitely recommended with a clear conscience if you have too much time and money

As always neat and clean with friendly and helpful staff. No architectural barriers. Definitely reduced compared to previous years but still presents a rich variety of articles arranged in an intelligent way on the different floors The only sore point are the prices that are definitely above average and not for everyone. We can already imagine the excuse: you pay for quality. But for many articles it is a very weak justification. However, it is worth a visit: sometimes there are bargains or articles that are difficult to find elsewhere.

Hello everyone, until recently I had no problems with Klarna, the payment service provider for online shopping Galeria Kaufhof, because everything worked without any questions. But recently I ordered something online from Galeria Kaufhof and I can only say that from now on I will no longer order something from any company that Klarna as a payment service provider has. Finding a phone number or an e-mail address is almost impossible, now I have a debt collection company on my neck ALTHOUGH I have paid the bill !!!! But let's start at the beginning, and that can really happen to all of you. So really watch out! I had questions about an invoice from Klarna regarding returns / invoicing. I sent two emails to Klarna but never received an answer, only reminders came in response. When they threatened debt collection, I transferred the amount, just so that I wouldn't have any stress. 3 weeks later I suddenly received a letter from a debt collection company that I had not paid. I immediately sent an email to Klarna including account statements that I have paid, but there was no response from Klarna. I don't know what is wrong with the booking system and why no response to emails is received. The debt collection agency is also not serious, it really stalks you. Now I have paid this amount + collection fee (over 80 euros) again for an invoice of 23 euros, which I have already paid to Klarna, just to have some peace and quiet. And yes, I know, many will wonder why it is so stupid to pay that twice, but you simply have no chance, the costs keep getting higher and if so, I would have to complain. Which would cost even more. So I will simply not order anything from Galeria Kaufhof (sorry, I am) and no more from any other company that employs Klarna. Really pay attention and stay away from the rip-offs. I don't buy anything online from Galeria Kaufhof as long as they work with Klarna.

Good department store with a huge variety from clothing, perfume, Colognes, household items, kitchen stuff to toys and more. Staff could be more friendly and helpful though.

Usually I have a good experience in this department store, but today was out of this world. We were in the mens section looking for a suite for my brother. Everything went very well eventhough we were looking on our own, as the staff on the floor did not really look like being in the mood to help. Sadly there was only one cashier open and the line was going all across the store and we waited 20minutes to pay our items. I have to say though that the department store manager (it felt like he was the manager as he was trying to figure out how to handle the situation) tried his best to make the situation work.

It has everything you need under one roof. However, I would really avoid this store during Christmas time! Good kitchen tool selection as well as general home decor. Other than that I always enjoy the make up and purse section. I've also purchased a Dirndl here.

We first noticed this mall because of the moving diorama in the window. The amazing structure contained many stuffed animals with plenty of moving parts. There were also different sceneries along the window. It was actually quite entertaining to watch. We were there just after Christmas so unsure if this is a seasonal thing. The mall itself is quite large with 5 levels including a restaurant. The escalators near the entrance made it easy to get around. They also had elevators to the side. Quite a lot of things to look at so it's quite good for someone who likes to shop. Quite a nice mall with interesting displays.

good selection but consistently unfriendly staff especially the older lady downstairs at the register between socks and chocolate who is constantly complaining about how much she hates her job, out loud.

Had lunch exceptionally well prepared salmon with side order of rice and broccoli. Perfect meal for lunch at a very reasonable price.

Very convenient place for family shopping.
